About folk beliefs. About objects that, over generations, have protected our grandparents’ homes. About small everyday rituals that we still repeat without asking ourselves where they come from. <\/span><\/p>\n

Why do we make a cross on bread before cutting it? Why do we hang certain objects behind a door? What do the symbols carved into some lintels mean? <\/span><\/p>\n

The exhibition, with its significant ethnographic value, invites visitors to rediscover elements that are still found in many homes, as well as small everyday gestures and habits rooted in ancient folk beliefs.
